What services are offered?
Which plan is best for me?
Choose this plan if:
- You have a temporary staffing shortage
- You have an in-house team and need additional tempoary support
- You don't have an in-house team, and need help executing design/marketing projects or require consultation
- You have a new business and need all of the startup essentials
Choose this plan if:
- This is your first time working with us and want a 15% discount
- You have a project that requires a free custom quote
- You have a video or photoshoot project
Is there a limit to how many requests I can make?
There is no limit to how many requests you can make, however, they will be completed one at a time.
This will be outlined in your Statement of Work.
How fast will I receive my deliverables?
On average, most requests are completed in 2-4 days. However, more complex requests may take longer.

How does onboarding work?
Book your free intro call for a quick overview of the process.
Once proof of payment is provided, you may start requesting projects.
After you approve your custom quote and proof of deposit, if applicable, is provided your project will begin on schedule.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept direct deposit, business checks, Venmo, and Stripe Payments (Coming Soon) are all accepted forms of payment.
Can I pause or cancel a Monthly Plan?
Yes. Pause or cancel your Monthly Plan at anytime by sending a note to yo@growtigergrow.com.

Design: Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Web: Webflow, Shopify, and Figma
Email: Klayvio and MailChimp
Video: Adobe Premiere, After Effects
Can I get more hours for my Monthly Plan?
If you need more than 30 hours you can continue with our Hourly Plan or purchase a second Monthly Plan. When two Monthly Plans are purchased within the calendar duration of a month you have the option to carry those additional hours forward to the next calendar month.
Are there any refunds?
We do not provide refunds. If you're considering a Monthly Plan and this is your first time working with Grow Tiger Grow you may consider a smaller hourly project to make sure it's a good fit for you.
How do you handle larger requests?
Larger requests will require at least one virtual meeting to for us to understand the scope and goals of the request. We will also discuss which plan is best for your request so we can respect your budget and desired timeline.
